Processing Time
Orders placed before 2pm (AEST) on a business day are dispatched the same day from the Sunshine Coast QLD. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship within Australia via Australia Post. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $68 AUD. Express shipping is available at checkout, and is included free on Complete Collection bundle orders.

Standard shipping: 3-6 business days
Express shipping: 1-3 business days

International Shipping
We ship internationally for a flat rate of $15 AUD to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in the shipping cost.
